A master’s degree in Public and Social Policy and Human Resources will get you accustomed to a wide range of topics from public and social policy, social services, employment policy, or human resources development, as well as analytical and research skills to employ in your future job or education.

You will master the ability to reflect on and evaluate the problems and implement measures of public and social policy, social services, social work, and human resources management, and solve the related issues to design and put into practice system-specific measures and efficient policies.

Graduate profile: Set the policies that matter

Graduating from Public and Social Policy and Human Resources, you will be able to pursue a career in state administration, socio-legal protection, social services, or other public policy areas, in non-profit, governmental, or research-oriented organisations, and more – choose your own path.

Admission

To apply, you’ll need to complete the e-application, pay the fee, and upload all required documents – including proof of previous studies, English proficiency, and a copy of your ID or passport.

A key part of the process is registering for the online GAP test (General Academic Prerequisites) organized by Scio. You can choose from several test dates, and a minimum score of the 30th percentile is required.

No worries, everything is done online – from registration to exam and application submission.

Before you apply, just a quick note. To be eligible for the master’s in Public and Social Policy and Human Resources, you’ll need a completed bachelor's degree in a related field – like Social Policy, Public Policy, Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Public Administration, or similar areas. If that’s your background, you’re good to go.
