Understand things on a deeper level

A master’s degree in International Relations and European Politics will foster your deep understanding of diplomacy and European Governance with focus on your ability to analyse, interpret, and understand theoretical aspects of international relations, mainly from the point of view of the modern theories of conflict and cooperation, European integration, and international political economy.

See the challenges of modern global society from a wider perspective, including not only politics and economics but also sociology and culture.

Graduate profile: Let’s take it diplomatically

Earning a master’s degree in international relations opens doors to several professional areas to you, especially in public administration and diplomatic services but also research or analytical institutes of academic departments concerned with political science, diplomacy, or international relations. Thanks to your theoretical and practical expertise on the matter, you can reflect on the topics you know as a journalist.

Want to get close to the movers and shakers? You will find a job in the apparatus of political parties or any kind of international organisation or a private corporate sphere where experts on international economics and law are in high demand.
